Return & Refund Policy

At bachelorcakedelhi.in, we take great pride in our products and hope you are delighted with your order. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Perishable Goods

Cakes, cupcakes, and other bakery items are perishable goods. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for these items once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

2. Cancellations

• Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
• Same-Day Orders: Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled once the preparation has begun.
• Custom/Special Orders: For highly customized cakes, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a cake that is significantly damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

• Refuse to accept the delivery if the damage is visible upon arrival.
• Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item immediately.
• Contact us at +918448756216 or email adultpco@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement cake (subject to availability) at no extra cost.

4. Taste and Design

We strive to match our designs as closely as possible to the images on our website. However, since all our cakes are handcrafted, slight variations in design and color may occur. Refunds are not provided for minor aesthetic variations or personal taste preferences.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
