1. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or delivery constraints.
• Payments for custom orders may require a partial advance deposit. Balance payment can be made upon delivery via Cash or UPI.
• Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price remains fixed.

2. Delivery Policy

• We deliver to specific areas in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad). Delivery charges may vary based on distance and time (e.g., midnight delivery).
• While we strive to deliver at your preferred time slot, traffic and weather conditions may cause delays. We do not guarantee exact minute-by-minute delivery times.
• It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the cake. If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund as the baking process would have commenced.
• In the rare event that we deliver a damaged cake, please provide photographic evidence immediately upon receipt. We will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

4. Product Description

• All our cakes are handcrafted. Slight variations in design, color, and shape compared to the website images are natural and should be expected.
• Weight variance of approx. 10-15% is standard in the bakery industry.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose. You must not harass, abuse, or harm another person via our contact channels.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
